Intellectual Property & Copyright Agent
We provide a service to users which they use to design and sell merchandise. We contractually prohibit our users from using the service to sell merchandise that infringes third party intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademark, trade dress and right of publicity).

We try to conduct our business in a manner that limits the instances where a user sells merchandise that may infringe the intellectual property rights of others. However, because the users design and sell merchandise through an automated service, we cannot assure that the merchandise sold may not, from time to time, infringe such rights.

Accordingly, we encourage intellectual property rights owners to contact us if they believe that their rights have been infringed by the sale of a user's merchandise using our service. If you let us know that your rights are being infringed by one of our users we will (in our discretion) require that the user cease selling the infringing merchandise and, if the user continues to infringe your rights (or infringes the rights of others) terminate the user's access to our services.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a user of our service, please provide our Intellectual Property Rights Agent with a notification that contains the following information:

1. an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
2. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Metascreenprint.com site;
4. your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
